Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs 120 or more days before departure there will be no loss of your trip retainer. Payments must be received within 90 days of the trip. Any cancellation received in writing from 60-89 days will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation between 59 days and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your trip retainer is refunded).
Trip cancellation insurance is REQUIRED, especially if there is a possibility that you might have to cancel your trip. Keep in mind that once your trip payments become non-refundable as delineated in our cancellation policy above, there will be NO refunds, and you will need to report your cancellation to your trip cancellation insurance provider for reimbursement.
All forms must be signed and received in the office two months before departure or you will not be able to travel with us. Please understand our insurance carrier requires this of us! Also, it is essential that you put your flight information on the trip application form so we know when your flight is arriving!
Roomates
We will do our best to pair you with another participant looking for a roommate. However, if we’re unable to find a match:

Your double room will be treated a single, and a single occupancy supplement will be added to your retreat fee.

Your triple room will be treated as a double, and the discount will be removed, adding the difference to your retreat fee.
Note: If the Dreaming House fills up, additional single-occupancy guests will be housed in Villa Las Campanas, very close to the Dreaming House. Signing up early helps to ensure your choice of rooms.
Trip Minimum

If the trip does not meet the minimum required number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

If we determine that this retreat is not the right fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In this case, all payments will be fully refunded.

In the event of currency exchange fluctuations exceeding 5%, the total trip price may be subject to change.
