During certain promotions, Ora Vida may offer guests the option to reserve their space with a $1,000 non-refundable retainer. This retainer is applied toward the total retreat cost and is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless a replacement guest is approved by the Ora Vida team following an interview.

Outside of promotional offers, full payment may be required at the time of registration according to the retreat’s booking terms

If cancellation occurs 120 days or more before the retreat start date, you may receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60–89 days prior result in a 50% loss of the total trip cost, and cancellations made within 59 days of departure result in a total loss of all funds paid.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel, medical, and trip-cancellation insurance, as once payments become non-refundable, any reimbursement must be sought through your insurance provider. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to OraVidaRetreat@gmail.com.

Ora Vida LLC reserves the right to cancel any retreat due to insufficient enrollment, natural disasters, war, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, payments will be refunded in full or in part, depending on recoverable supplier payments. While every effort will be made to recover funds, full recovery cannot be guaranteed.
If we determine that a retreat is not the right fit for a participant, Ora Vida LLC reserves the right to cancel that reservation and provide a full refund of payments made.
